The site does not allow the purchase of items intended for resale.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions of sale at any time.
The general conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the day of the validation of the order.

ORDER OF ARTICLES

To place an order, we put at your disposal a commercial website accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day all year round, at the following address: www.tcgmetashop.com
After acceptance of the payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you summarizing your order.
You can follow the status of your order at any time by contacting our customer service.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY

The payment of the order is made online and is fully secure (SSL security standard). The small padlock next to the address displayed in the browser's navigation bar attests to this.
Your credit card data is encrypted and none of your banking information is stored on our server.
The amount of your order is debited at the time of the order.

DELIVERY

TCG Metashop delivers your order worldwide to the address you have indicated during the ordering process. You agree to provide us with all the necessary information for delivery, your e-mail and your phone number to be reached if necessary.
The delivery is made to your home by the Post Office.
In case of absence, a notice of passage is deposited in your mailbox indicating you in which post office to get your package.

ARTICLES AND PRICES

The prices indicated on our web site are expressed with VAT included and in euros.
The selling prices of our items are subject to change and we are free to update them at any time.

GUARANTEES

TCG Metashop is committed to respect the European legislation concerning the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L. 211-1 to L. 212-1 of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 and 1649 of the Civil Code).
