Shipping policy

Our products are sent from the United States. All orders are sent within 2 business days after the order is validated.  Business days are from Monday through Friday between 9am to 2pm Pacific time.  We are not open on the Saturday or Sunday for fulfilling orders.  We use mainly use USPS for shipment, though there are times other carriers may be used.

All orders will be provided a tracking number.

It is your responsibility to accurately indicate your address as well as your first and last name as they appear on your mailbox.

If an order is returned to us for lack of address, it will be your responsibility and you will have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can send you back your package.

Also, note that the delivery times provided are indicative (data provided by the postal services) and that these times do not take into account, the retention by customs, situations of major forces (global pandemic, climatic disasters, etc..) or logistical problems that may have the recipient country.

Last but not least, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel if it couldn't be delivered for any reason. Our responsibility ends once the parcel has arrived at your local post office.
